BioTurn Is Partnering With Local Breweries.

BioTurn provides flat-rate monthly pickup of brewery by-products—spent grain, trub, and other organic materials—without per-ton charges or complex logistics. Our service is designed to save breweries time, reduce disposal costs, and eliminate the daily friction of managing by-products. Just share your production schedule and we handle reliable collection, turning brewery residuals into regenerative soil inputs for local farms.

Are You Dealing With Any of These Challenges?

  • Spending time, energy, and water diluting trub for wastewater compliance

  • Paying high per-ton fees for dumpster disposal

  • Managing messy or inconsistent by-product storage

  • Losing staff time to handling tasks that add no value

  • Needing a more sustainable, local alternative to disposal

BioTurn can help.
Our custom process for breweries adapts to your production volume, schedule, and space constraints. We provide the containers, coordinate pickups around your brew days, and handle everything reliably. Don’t let by-products consume your brewery’s time, attention, and floor space.

How BioTurn Works For You

Step 1: Load Containers & Notify BioTurn

Load spent grain and trub into the designated BioTurn containers. When containers are ready for pickup, scan the QR code on the bucket or in the pickup area to submit a request or update your schedule.

Trub still active? BioTurn buckets use industrial GORE® membrane vents designed to safely release fermentation gases while preventing leaks, odors, and contamination—so material can sit securely until pickup.

Step 2: We Handle Pickup

BioTurn arrives on schedule, loads the filled containers, and leaves clean, labeled replacements in their place. The process is quick, reliable, and designed to stay out of your way—so your team can stay focused on brewing.

Don’t let by-products consume your time, staff, or budget.

BioTurn turns a distraction into a simple, predictable process so you can focus on brewing, not disposal.
